Introductory Intake Session

This session is 90 minutes long and includes a full intake with a movement and restriction assessment, health, nutrition and injury history, followed by 60 minutes of hands-on work. If this is your first time seeing me, please book this type of appointment.

90 minutes: $155

                                        

Follow up sessions

This session can be 60-120 minutes long and can include Trigger Point Therapy Blended with Shiatsu, some Pin and Stretch, Joint Mobilization, Integrative Restructuring, Reflexology, as well as nutrition consulting. If this is your first time seeing me, please do not book this type of appointment.

Pre-natal Massage

My pre-natal massage is done mostly side lying, using pillows to provide plenty of cozy, nurturing cushion. In the early stages of pregnancy, I avoid key acupressure points that should not be worked during that time. In all stages, I pay attention to special needs you may be having due to your pregnancy, whether it be lower back pain, swelling, achy joints, or simply a need to be nurtured yourself.

outcall/home visit within San Francisco: add $50 + parking fees, if any

Package Pricing

I offer prepaid package pricing to give clients who receive massage frequently a lower per session cost. To purchase a package, you will need to first log in and then purchase the package. When you login before you book your appointment, the system keeps track of when you use your package for each appointment you make. Available only for follow up sessions.

5 60-minute sessions: $525
10 60-minute sessions: $900
5 90-minute sessions: $725
10 90-minute sessions: $1350

Workplace, Corporate & Event Chair Massage

We offer chair massage in the workplace or for a single marketing or sporting event.

Corporate chair massage is a great way to boost productivity & morale in your staff! It can either be paid for by the employees, subsidized by the company, or the cost can be shared.

Fees can be as low as $1.50 per minute (3-hour minimum) for either Events or Workplace visits. Please email us for details.
